What does it really mean to live without worry? Not the kind of worry-free life that comes from having everything figured out, but the kind that comes from trusting in something bigger than our circumstances? That is the question at the heart of this message, drawn from the Sermon on the Mount in Matthew 6. Jesus speaks these words to people living under political oppression, poverty, and daily uncertainty, and yet his invitation stands: do not worry. We explore what that invitation actually looks like when life feels overwhelming, when the things we love most feel most at risk, and when our emotional toolkit is shaped by hard experiences. The message is clear that Jesus is not asking us to become robots without feeling. He is asking us to shift the story we believe about reality, moving from a kingdom of scarcity and control into a kingdom of trust and abundance. When fear narrows our vision, we forget God's faithfulness. But when we learn to notice what is already true, as Jesus did when he pointed to the birds of the air and the flowers of the field, we begin to recover a perspective that worry had stolen from us.
